Each delegate is responsible for making their own reservations. Accommodations at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge are on a first come, first served basis within each category reserved for our delegates. Accommodations are complimentary for children under the age of 18 years (in room with parent or guardian). Register before April 4, 2016 to take advantage of the ARMCA Conference rate and to guarantee accommodations. Please call the hotel directly at 1-780-852-3301 or the Global Reservation Centre at 1-800-441-1414 to book your room and identify yourself as an ARMCA delegate.
Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit or an accepted credit card number. * For guaranteed reservations only: It is understood that you are liable for one night’s room and tax which will be deducted from your deposit or billed to your credit card in the event you do not cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date.
The ARMCA conference rate is in effect from May 4 ending May 8, 2016.
